EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, Ph.D. in a STEM field
- Associate’s degree in STEM field, 1 year manufacturing experience
- Non-degreed, 2 years industrial experience
Candidates with an Associate’s degree or with no educational degree may be considered upon experience level and position specific requirements.
CANDIDATE CLASSIFICATION
TECH 2000 classifies candidates with regard to their work experience and educational background. Additionally, a specific college degree, certification, lab experience or instrumentation background may be required.
Technician/Analyst: Our technician level classification includes candidates with the highest educational level of a Bachelor’s degree.
Chemist/Scientist: Our scientist level classification includes candidates with the lowest educational level of a Bachelor’s degree.
