1. Applicant

TECH 2000’s scientifically trained representatives explore new ways to better evaluate applications for our clients. We assess applicants based upon criteria including education, laboratory and technical skills, and overall experience.

Those applicants who match our STEM criteria will move forward on the road to becoming a qualified candidate with TECH 2000. Our services are free to applicants.

2. Candidate

Upon qualifying as a TECH 2000 applicant, the next step in our screening process will clarify the specifics of your experience, education, and laboratory skills. Should your background match the specific skills of an available job opening, we will contact you to discuss your interest in the position.

Upon review of your resume, you may be asked to meet with our client to further expand upon your experiences and qualifications.

3. Employee

Upon acceptance of employment, each TECH 2000 employee must participate in our new hire orientation. This process requires agreement and compliance with TECH 2000 Substance Abuse and Background Check policies, Safety training and review, and an adherence to any site specific requirements.

As a TECH 2000 employee we expect routine communication to ensure your success and safety throughout the duration of the assignment.
